Vastint Have their roots as part of the Inter IKEA Group of companies. Henry’s are working in partnership with Vastint on a 26 acres site of historic east London in Stratford.
The site forms a triangle between Stratford and Bow and Sugar House Lane is being transformed into an energy-efficient, creatively designed, truly mixed-use neighbourhood.
Henry’s have started the first 3 phases of the scheme to deliver a total of 1,200 new homes (40% of which will be family oriented with three or more bedrooms) and 58,000m² of space for businesses, including local shops, cafés, restaurants and other community facilities. The final phase of the scheme will be a 350-room hotel.
Having started on site with construction Henry’s are now on the first 3 phases. The first phase area, called the NEQ, North East Quarter is mainly Commercial and retail and the second phase area R1 which is 152 residential units. R2, R3 and R4 will shortly follow with over 648 units.
