This project is the conversion of an existing office building into 90 residential units for the Private Rented Sector as part of a Permitted Development scheme. The works comprise the strip out and refit of four adjacent blocks, the central block is four storeys tall, whilst the neighbouring blocks are three storeys. The external envelope of the building is being refurbished with new windows and repointing of the brickwork.

The project commenced on site in September 2015 with completion scheduled for September 2016
