The development, which sits within the Royal Oak Opportunity Area, forms part of an emerging vibrant neighbourhood adjacent to the North Acton Underground and overlooks the new public square proposed adjacent to the tube station.

Working with joint development partners Hub and M&G Real Estate, New ground Architects have developed proposals for a mixed-use scheme providing 173 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, designed specifically around the needs of long term renters.


This project is the conversion of an existing office building into 90 residential units for the Private Rented Sector as part of a Permitted Development scheme. The works comprise the strip out and refit of four adjacent blocks, the central block is four storeys tall, whilst the neighbouring blocks are three storeys.

The works comprise the strip out and refit of 3 main blocks, two of five storeys and a central block of seven storeys, the finished development will have a roof top terrace which residents will be able to access.

Kings Cross Development

Maiden Lane Estate Redevelopment includes the construction of a 20 storey residential tower and nine lower rise residential buildings, office space on ground floor following demolition of the existing buildings. Henry’s provided the groundworks and RC frame for the whole site.

Chiswick Gate, Chiswick

Chiswick Gate is a development by Berkeley group of some 131 flats and 43 houses, new retail areas all with associated parking and landscaping. Henry’s have completed the groundworks and RC frame on this high prestigious residential development.

Queensgate, Kingston

Queensgate is a high quality residential development on an old gasworks site. To the south east is a development including 9 storey building comprising 47 one bedroom, 64 two bedroom and 2 three bedroom flats with associated gymnasium, parking and landscaping works.
